Registration Fees

Registration fee for the conference is S$600. Fees will cover a copy of the conference proceedings, admission to all sessions, lunches, refreshments and the symposium dinner.

Terms and Conditions
  1. All participants are deemed to have read and consented to these terms and conditions.
  2. Payment of the attendance fee is required upon booking. A place at the event cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
  3. Cancellations must be submitted via email to the Symposium Secretary at symposium@rp.sg
  4. All cancellations before 10 May 2009 will incur an administration charge of S$50.
  5. No requests for refunds shall be entertained in the event of cancellation after 10 May 2009.
  6. Substitutions may be made in writing to the organisers up to 10 May 2009.
  7. All refunds are subject to the reasonable discretion of the organiser.
  8. The organiser shall not be held liable for the travel and accommodation arrangements of registered participants where such arrangements are not made in conjunction with Republic Polytechnic and/or its authorised agents.
  9. No full or partial refund of the registration fee will be made in the event of changes, if any, to the main programme.
  10. The organiser reserves the right to effect changes in the symposium programme including, but not limited to, cancellation of presentations or replacing scheduled speakers due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice to the participants.
  11. All participants and their guests attend the symposium premises at their own risk.
  12. Republic Polytechnic shall not be held liable for the loss of and/or damage to the property of any of the participants and/or their guests, during this event.
