Exercise Biochemistry Lab
This lab is equipped to collect and analyse human biological samples (e.g. blood, sweat, urine, saliva) from exercising people. Enzyme-Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA) work can be conducted on the collected samples. It has the potential to be used for cellular and molecular work in the area of exercise biochemistry and physiology. Equipment used in this lab includes a micro-plate reader, biological safety cabinet, ultra-low temperature freezer, refrigerated centrifuges, etc.

Human Performance Lab
This lab is equipped with world-class research and development facilities and primed for sports biomechanics human performance analysis in the area of human movement, injury management, rehabilitation and gait analysis. Also the lab is used for various projects to develop a new backpack, insole and marker-less motion tracking system. Equipment used in this lab includes a 3-dimensional (3D) treadmill and motion-capture camera system, whole- body 3D scanner, wireless electromyography (EMG) device, isokinetic machine, etc.

Sports Injury Management Lab
This lab supports the injury management module. The lab will be used to spearhead research that enhances the understanding of common injury mechanisms and the effectiveness of prescribed interventions. It has state-of-the-art equipment such as Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) machine, diagnostic ultrasound machine, as well as therapeutic equipment such as interferential therapy, TENS, therapeutic ultrasound, OTO e-cells, heat pack and ice machine.

This lab is equipped to examine the functioning of the brain, skeleton, joints, and nervous system of the human body, as motor skill is a skill that requires an organism to utilize their skeletal muscles effectively in a goal directed manner. Ripples
Lab
Ripple lab supports the learning activities of Diploma of Outdoor Adventure and Learning. Besides serving as a store for the outdoor equipment used in the curriculum, it is a place for students to learn technical skills, prepare expedition and conduct team building games. Inclusive Physical Activity Lab 1 & 2
This lab is equipped with a large play area for exploring activities addressing people with different disabilities and other forms of medical conditions with adaptive strategies to be included in the community. Students get to appreciate varying recreational needs of targeted populations from a biological, motor developmental and psycho-sociological viewpoint. This will help students to adapt activities to help the targeted population to improve in their recreation and daily life skills. Students will learn the importance and benefits of inclusive physical activity programming for targeted populations, and be aware of sensitivities associated with programme management of targeted populations.

Health Assessment Lab
This lab supports the Health Management and Promotion Diploma. It allows the measurement of health and fitness parameters using modern equipment such as the Helmas Health Assessment System, Bone Densitometer and Pulse Wave Analyser. Parameters that can be measured include heart rate, blood pressure, blood glucose, pulse oximetry, arterial stiffness, peripheral bone density, heart rate variability, reaction time, balance, flexibility, agility and muscle strength
