Notice to Student

 

1.    Currently enrolled students are to request for the letter of certification directly at the One-Stop Centre.

 

2.  Fill up and submit the form electronically.

 

3.     Form with incorrect or missing data will not be processed.

 

4.     Letter can be collected from the One-Stop Centre (OSC) after 3 working days upon submission.
