Do-It-Yourself: Maki-Sushi

On 25
October, 2006, Ms Miki, a pleasant Japanese lady, came down to Republic
Polytechnic to teach the members of the Japanese culture IG how to roll sushi. She
shared with them the How’s, Why’s and What’s of sushi-making, and members took
the opportunity to ask her more about Japanese food culture.
Her jovial sharing
and kawaii demeanor brought about many moments of laughter in class, and we all
had a great time rolling our own maki-sushi.
