Republic Polytechnic Wins Distinguished Home Team Partner Award 2009

On 22 October 2009, Mr. Yeo Li Pheow (Principal) and Mr. Anderson Lim (HR Director) represented Republic Polytechnic
(RP) at the Home Team National Service Award Presentation Ceremony 2009 held at the Orchard Hotel.
Graced by Guest-of-Honour, Mr K. Shanmugam, Minister for Law and Second Minister for Home Affairs, this prestigious event gathered Home Team NSmen’s employers that have made significant contributions to enhancing the safety and security of Singapore together for a night of inspiration and celebration.
This is the second time RP has won this award and it was announced at the Home Team National Service Award Presentation Ceremony that RP won the Distinguished Home Team Partner Award. This award serves to accord recognition to and celebrate the Home Team NSmen and their employers’ joint contributions towards National Service with the Home Team. The recipients of the award have shown unwavering support for their employees' National Service obligations.
Mr. Yeo Li Pheow, Principal of Republic Polytechnic, received the award on behalf of RP. RP is dedicated to ensuring that our NSmen obtain the support they need as they continue to play their part to keep Singapore safe.
